Admissions Chances Temple University, which accepts just over half of applicants, has a somewhat competitive admissions process. If your GPA and SAT/ACT scores fall within the schools average ranges, you have a strong chance of being accepted. Keep in mind that Temple has test-optional admissions, though it is primarily geared toward students with average GPAs of 3.5 and above.
